Java

     The Early Morning crew at CBS 8 know about Tim and his coffee.


I make it strong, and drink it relatively dark and sweet.
And now there's research that my consumption--two or three cups a day---is just about right.
In fact, it appears to lower the risk of heart failure...the one thing you really do not want your heart to do.
Too much is bad for you, too little does no good.
Isn't that the story of lots of stuff?
I drink a glass or two of red wine each night. No more, no less. And previous research shows it to be beneficial too.
Not too much, nor too little.
Moderation, at least when it comes to stuff we put into our bodies.
