A man barged into the room and attempted to rob the father, who was shot, but suffered only a minor wound. The baby was unharmed.
If the man had taken the child with him to a place not involving sex, and the same robbery had happened, would there be potential charges? What's be being charged with? Seeking sex? Or child endangerment.
Sounds like a set-up.
