Candidate Harry Lyon, back in the day..

     Lyon is the Democratic Party Nominee for Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice, and he'll be going before the party this afternoon on charges of not filing the right fundraising financial forms. He says he expects to be disqualified.

     Lyon has been a maverick for a long time....watch him as a guest on "For The Record" on May 22, 2006, when he was a Democratic Primary candidate for Governor. You'll have to fast-forward past the daily news segment to get to the interview.
