The New York Times Regional Newspapers reports the states, including Alabama, are getting a windfall in road money from the Obama Administration.
     $51-Million is a chuck of change anytime, but especially now, with the economy stalled and the unemployment rate in Alabama creeping back up.
     The story says the money is from unspent earmarks, and is being freed up to help get people working.
