SCOTUS wil Hear Alabama Voting Case

     The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to consider a challenge to the part of the Voting Rights Act that requires U.S. Justice Department approval of changes to state voting law and procedures.
     The appeal comes from Shelby County Alabama, one of the counties with the largest GOP population in the state.
