13 Drinks a Day, but Not an Alcoholic?

  
      The CDC is out with a report that finds 9 out of 10 heavy drinkers are NOT alcoholics.
   It comes out the same day a Gallup poll finds people are less trusting...of the CDC. That's because of Ebola, but some other Federal Agencies fared poorly too:

    Not a good poll. These agencies have different functions.

    Like comparing apples and kiwi fruits.
