NY Times: TIME Test Kitchens moving to Alabama

NOT a test kitchen table.   

NOT test kitchen food.
     It's not completely unexpected...like when Mercedes opened a plant decades ago. TIME owns Southern Living and some of the magazines in that group in Birmingham.

The Times reports all 29 test kitchens will be moved, and that new photo studios are also being built.

    I guess, then, the loss of recipes for Boston baked beans and the emergence of "1,000 ways to cook okra."
