Runoff

It appears there will be a runoff in the mayor election in Montgomery.
The latest results show neither of the top two candidates has 50 of the vote + one vote---the threshold for winning outright.

Barring any sudden change, David Woods will go up against Steven Reed, who at last report stood like this:

REED           18,397        (43%)
WOODS        9,962         (23%)

It is Reed's race to lose.

Biggest surprise: Montgomery County Commission Chair Elton Dean and former Congressman Artur Davis each got only 4% of the vote.
