Fleeing Montgomery?

     An official with Professional Billing Inc., on their move from Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery to Pine Level in Autauga County:

    Montgomery officials? Lame Duck Mayor Todd Strange? Mayor wanna-bees? Was the City/County not welcoming and cooperative with this company?
