Update: The Workers voted to join the Union. 142 - 45,
The National Labor Relations Board will begin counting ballots from employees at the Montgomery-Headquartered Southern Poverty Law Center today.
Some employees of the organization want to be represented by a Union, and the initial reaction from the SPLC was, well...welcoming:

There are about 250 employees at the Center. And the official notice of the election from the NLRB says most employees are qualified to vote, to decide whether to be represented by

I don't know this, but I suspect it will not take long to count the ballots. Watch his space.
