Region with the least marijuna use?

A new Gallup study identifies The South as the region of the country with the lowest per-cent of residents who smoke marijuana:

"Between 13% and 16% of adults across the East, Midwest and West smoke marijuana, versus 7% in the South."

The highest per-cent of the population who use marijuana are white liberals in the Western States, between the ages of 18 and 29.
