Marketing: Post Covid19 Damage to Product Loyalty

     All companies work hard to strengthen customer loyalty to their products, and I suspect they may be concerned about what happens after Codid19.

     Consumers who have been unable to find their normal brands during this disruption  may buy alternatives, and learn that it is in fact better (or less expensive) than their former favorite. 

     As the Covid19 shut down continues for months, those old buying habits can more easily be erased and replaced by new habits.
