SCAM!

     This company has nothing better to do than scare people, sending notices that appear to be a threat to their mortgage, but in reality are no such thing. This is a copy of the same notice I received, though to another person, in Washington.

     How bad are they?

"Customer Complaint: Due to the volume of complaints filed against this business, BBB only publishes the details for 50% of the total complaints filed."

     Of course I saw it for the scam it is right away, but others might be convinced.

Take a look at THIS Better Business Bureau file on them. 218 complaints, and that is from just one BBB office in Texas.
