Alabama has already joined nine other states in filing suit to block the Federal Government's mandated vaccination for workers in companies with more than 100 employees...which resulted in a court placing that mandate on hold.
Would a narrower mandate be more acceptable? The federal government also issued a healthcare-focused mandate for "eligible staff at healthcare facilities participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs".
Nah.
Alabama and 11 other states are trying to block that mandate as well. Remember that if you or a member of your family are exposed to Covid19 by contact with a health care worker in a hospital. And thank Gov. Kay Ivey and the other state leaders for "protecting" the health care workers from being forced to vaccinate over protecting patients from the risk of exposure.
