


Now that the cold weather has returned, I find myself thinking more and more about the beach. Friends who've never been to Alabama always seem surprised that we even have a beach...though I still want to know how Florida ended up taking so much of the North-West Gulf Coast. It's not like they don't already have a gazillion miles of coastline already. We DO have a beach in Alabama, and I try to go once a year. It seems I am able to bring back at least one favorite shot from the trip. The three above are from recent years.
