     Before all of this news broke, when the Troy University study from a Koch Brothers funded foundation came out, calling for privatizing many public school non-teaching function, I wondered aloud: Where is AEA on this? How come they are not out screaming from the rooftop of their Dexter Avenue building? 
     Not a peep.
       Would Paul Hubbert have been silent?
