From those who did NOT serve: CASH

     Only a small percentage of young Americans have served in our recent wars. In fact, the military says it doesn't want about 75% of the people in their target age group because they are too fat or have criminal records.
     The AP reports this morning on three wealthy families whose children did not serve, who are now soliciting funds from folks like themselves---money to help pay for the needs of the kids who did.
     How long would the U.S. have stayed in Iraq and Afghanistan is there had been a mandatory military draft with no exceptions for college or parenthood?
